Basic Life Support (BLS) is recommended for anyone in the healthcare profession.

This may included: Physician, Nurses, Paramedics, Emergency Medical Technicians, Respiratory, Physical, and Occupational Therapists, Physician Assistant, Residents, Medical or Nursing students in training, Aides, medical assistant or nursing assistants and other allied health personnel.

Course Content 

• 1-Rescuer CPR and AED ( automated external defibrillator ) for adult, child and infant
• 2-Rescuer CPR and AED ( automated external defibrillator ) for adult, child and infant
• Bag-mask techniques for adult, child and infant
• CPR with an advanced airway*
• Critical concepts of high-quality CPR
• Differences between adult, child and infant rescue techniques
• Relief of choking for adult, child and infant
• Rescue breathing for adult, child and infant
• The AHA Chain of Survival 

[Students must pass a written exam and skills test in order to qualify for a BLS for Healthcare Providers Course completion AHA E-Card]
